At Sinclair Florist, your satisfaction is most important to us. We take great
pride in our work, our florists are committed to ensuring your gift will be delivered
as you have ordered.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, but will do our best to deliver as close
as possible to the time requested.

Mothers Day
We endeavour to deliver to all areas by Sunday, depending on the area. Some areas
may not have a Sunday delivery service, we will send these orders on Friday or
Saturday. Please be assured that we will do all that is possible to have your
flowers delivered in time for Mothers Day.
Valentines Day
Orders for roses and other type of flowers will be delivered as close to ordered time as possible. Please order well in advance to ensure your delivery.
Public Holidays
Whenever there is a public holiday and delivery is requested, we will deliver
if possible. However, if it is not, then we will deliver on the next working day.
Sizes
Generally size refers to minimum, medium and large. If no size is stated then
a standard size refers to the medium size.
Substitutions
We will make every effort to fill your order according to the picture displayed. If we need to substitute flowers or items because of seasonal factors or unavailability, we will use a flower or item of similar value as the one ordered.
Hamper Substitutions
We will make every effort to include all items that are displayed. If some items
are unavailable, we will substitute other items of equivalent or greater value.
Where there are several prices, if you choose the higher price, your order will
be increased in size/value compared to the image displayed.
Items with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some states.

(2) For the purposes of section 30(h) of the Act, the sale of liquor is exempted from the
application of the Act in each of the following cases:
(d) the sale of liquor in the course of the business of selling flowers or
confectionery or other food to be delivered as a gift to a person other than the
purchaser if-
(i) the liquor is delivered by the vendor, together with the flowers or
confectionary or other food, directly to the donee of the gift (or to
another person of or above the age of 18 years) at a place other than
the premises at which the business is conducted; and
(ii) the liquor has been purchased by the person conducting the business from the holder of a hotel licence, retail liquor merchants licence,
producers licence or special circumstances licence; and
(iii) the volume of liquor supplied in respect of each sale does not exceed
2 litres; and
(iv) both the purchaser and the donee of the gift are of or above the age
of 18 years.
Delivery Times
Same day delivery for Victor Harbor if orders are received by 3:30pm during weekdays and 11:00am Saturday. Deliveries to outer areas may depend on a courier service and will be delivered the next day or as soon as possible with the next available courier.
Deliveries
If your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can investigate your order. We will endeavour to leave flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour if no one is at home. We may also phone the recipient and ask for them to collect flowers from the shop if we deem it necessary e.g. hot weather, storms. An extra delivery fee will not be charged unless a courier has charged us an extra fee.
Complaints
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery to Sinclair Florist on 08 8552 1261. We will work with the sender until we have a satisfactory outcome. We cannot, however, offer any form of refund if a complaint is more than 24 hours after delivery.
All prices on our website include appropriate taxes.
Malfunctions
Sinclair Florists Website is maintained daily and we ensure to the best of our ability that all prices are correct, on the rare occasion of a computer malfunction, we will manually adjust the price and email you a price adjustment.
